Led by the Head of Service, your assigned Relationship Manager (RM) will be your ongoing point of contact for the delivery of Zing’s services on your premises.
Your RM will follow-up on your queries within one hour, periodically review our service with you and revise the contract in line with your changing requirements.
Under the RM there is an Area Manager assigned to your site to carry-out site audits, staff training, staff sourcing & interviews, monitoring of time & attendance and much else.
