Our HR Team are CIPD qualified with years of experience in vetting and recruitment, ensuring candidates have:

Valid passport or ID
Visa or work permit endorsed
National Insurance Number
Police registration (student visa only)
Proof of address of utility bill
Work reference
Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks for schools, and when requested

We can assure customers our staff have the right to work, and we know who they are and where they live

Zing Train

To enable our staff achieve their KPIs we have developed Induction and Ongoing training methods and materials:

Multilingual Videos

We have video induction training in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Polish

Training Booklets

Training booklets are issued to employees for their future reference

Cleaning Exam

To ensure all staff have understood our customers and Zing requirements

Ongoing Training

Delivered on-site by Area Manager and records kept in our SAP system

Performance Monitoring

Training levels monitored by HR Team during annual appraisals

Performance Pay

Training is linked to Area Managers performance related pay

Zing Motivate

Rewards contribute to staff motivation and retention with all staff benefiting from a share of gross profit, bonuses based on performance against KPI’s, referrals, loyalty and much else
