Zing is ISO 9001 accredited and this is key to delivering a quality cleaning service consistently, and allows us to monitor our performance and improve continuously.

Our SAP software enables us to assess our performance, in particular processes linked to staff bonuses.

Our processes are designed to keep our promises, exceed expectations and retain customers.

Being proactive wins customers’ loyalty and satisfaction therefore we regularly research the market for improvements to our service and cost reductions.
