I enjoy working here because Zing gives me the opportunity to improve my skills. Since becoming a manager I thoroughly enjoy leading my cleaning team.
Zing Experience
I strongly value teamwork and excellent communications because they prevent issues from happening and also make work more enjoyable. I know when people work together, they achieve greater results. I love developing people and motivating them to be better at their jobs.
I started working for Zing as a cleaner in 2021. I remember talking with our CEO when she came on site visits, and asking for me to take on more responsibilities with the company. In 2022 I was offered a promotion to Area Manager, and I now look after one of the most important Zing customers!
I am most happy when my team exceeds my customer’s expectations, and I always go the extra mile. I am very proud of the relationship I have established with my Zing team on site.
I love exercising and keeping fit. After a busy week at work, I enjoy relaxing at weekends and watching movies.
