I am a very resilient and results driven person who is able to connect with customers and meet their expectations. I am always prepared to act when my customers or my team needs support. Being honest and positive in difficult situations helps me to improve mine and my team’s performance.
I started working for Zing in September 2022. I was recommended to Zing by my previous manager who was a Zing customer. I enjoy resolving issues and making it easier for my customers to prove to their company that Zing was the best choice. Prior to joining Zing I worked as a Shift Manager in Cult Beauty for 7 years.
I am most proud of the relationships I have developed in the last year with clients and my team of area managers. On many occasions I was told that my customers will continue working with Zing because of my fast response and speedy resolution of issues.
To prepare for each work week I like to clear my head by reading books and hiking. This helps me to recharge my batteries and start each week on a positive note.
